The CBRM1/5 monoclonal antibody reacts with an activation-specificepitope of

human Mac-1. CBRM1/5 binds a subset of Mac-1 molecules on neutrophilsand monocytes
after stimulation with chemoattractants or phorbol esters but does notrecognize Mac-1
on resting myeloid cells. Through interactions with its ligands, Mac-1participates in
adhesive cell interactions. The epitope recognized by this mAblocalizes to the I domain
on the α chain of Mac-1 very close to the ligand binding site in aregion that is
widely exposed. CBRM1/5 blocks Mac-1 dependent adhesion to fibrinogenand ICAM-1 and

操作流程
样本首先被裂解，并在QIAshredder离心柱中匀质化。在裂解液中加入乙醇以提供合适的结合条件。将裂解液上样到RNeasy硅胶膜上，RNA与硅胶膜结合，各种污染物被高效洗去。浓缩的纯RNA被水洗脱（参见RNeasy Plant Mini procedure）。

The Sa2-8 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD14, a 53-55 kDaGPI-linked glycoprotein.

CD14 is a receptor for the complexes of LPS and LBP (LPS-BindingProtein) and is shown to
associate with Toll-Like Receptor 4 (TLR4) and participate in thesignaling and cellular
response to bacterial LPS. In mouse, CD14 is expressed on the surfaceof macrophages
and under certain conditions is also found in the serum in a secretedform. Sa2-8 has
weak antagonistic activity (in NF-kappaB activation or TNF alphaproduction with LPS stimulation).
