CruzFluor™ 750 succinimidyl ester dyes display good reactivity, stability as well as selectivity with proteins. CruzFluor™ 750 dyes maintain similar spectral properties to Cy7® dyes, DyLight® 750 and Alexa Fluor® 750 with additional benefit of a much brighter fluorescence making them a superb alternative to both dyes in a myriad of applications including conjugation for fluorescence animal imaging.
