一般描述
二唾液酸化的核心2聚糖由β-3与GalNAc连接的半乳糖分子组成，类似于核心1聚糖。NeuAc唾液酸与半乳糖的α-3连接，而GalNac与GlcNAc-Gal-NeuAc相连。该聚糖用荧光2-AB分子标记。

The disialylated core 2 glycan consists of a galactose molecule linked β-3 to GalNAc similar to the core 1 glycan. NeuAc sialic acid is linked alpha-3 to the galactose while the GalNac is attached to GlcNAc-Gal-NeuAc. This glycan is labeled with the fluorescent 2-AB molecule.
