NA2F 2-AA 聚糖
|| NA2F 2-AA 聚糖
|| NA2F 2-AA Glycan
|| NA2 N-linked oligosaccharide, FA2G2, G2F
Sources A2F glycan is found on several mammalian glycoproteins including IgG, gamma globulins, and many serum glycoproteins. This product is typically purified from the oligosaccharide pool released from porcine thryroglobulin by hydrazinolysis using a combination of HPLC and glycosidase digestion.
Form Dry. Dried by centrifugal evaporation from an aqueous solution.
Molecular Weight 1908
Number of Samples Typically, 100 fmol to 10 pmol of the NA2 2-AA glycan can be detected, dependent on the sensitivity of the fluorometer, HPLC or mass spectrometer.
Detection Fluorescence detection 360 nm excitation wavelength, 425 nm emission wavelength.
