一般描述
有古铜色光泽。溶于水(3.82g/100ml)，呈蓝紫色溶液，微溶于乙醇(0.57g/100ml)呈蓝色，极微溶于氯仿，几乎不溶于乙醚。最大吸收波长(水中) 640.4nm。半数致死量(大鼠，静脉)28.93mg/kg。商品大部分为氯化锌复盐。氧化还 原指示剂。生物染色剂。组织化学中用于测定脱氧核糖核酸和核糖核酸。诊断白喉。羊毛、丝的印染。
