Chromeo™ 505 carboxylic acid is conjugated to Chromeo™ 505, a bright, green fluorescent label enabling detection in immunofluorescence, high content screening, ELISA and FRET applications, as well as in flow cytometry. In addition Chromeo 505 is recommended for use in STED microscopy. It is comparable to CruzFluor™ 488 and CruzFluor sm™ dyes. Chromeo™ 505 carboxylic acid has a molar extinction coefficient of 70,000M|-1|cm|-1|and its absorption and emission wavelength is 505nm and 526nm, respectively.
