|英文名称||NGA4 2-AA Glycan|
|英文别名||NGA4 N-linked oligosaccharide, A4|
Sources NGA4 is a substructure of glyans found on several mammalian glycoproteins including human alpha-1 acid glycoprotein (hAAGP). This product is typically purified from the oligosaccharide pool released from hAAGP by hydrazinolysis using a combination of HPLC and glycosidase digestion.
Form Dry. Dried by centrifugal evaporation from an aqueous solution.
Molecular Weight 1845
Typically, 100 fmol to 10 pmol of the NGA4 2-AA glycan can be detected, dependent on the sensitivity of the fluorometer, HPLC or mass spectrometer.
Fluorescence detection: 360 nm excitation wavelength, 425 nm emission wavelength.
Labeled glycan mixtures may be separated and analysed by a variety of HPLC (high pressure liquid chromatography) methods using HPLC columns.
Columns are an especially powerful tool for the purification and analysis of labeled oligosaccharides from complex glycan mixtures. Please contact us for advise regarding your particular application.
