NGA4 is a substructure of glycans found on several mammalian glycoproteins including human alpha-1 acid glycoprotein (hAAGP). This product is typically purified from the oligosaccharide pool released from hAAGP by hydrazinolysis using a combination of HPLC and glycosidase digestion.

Explanation：

Unlabeled glycans and  labeled glycans may be separated and analysed by a variety of HPLC (high pressure liquid chromatography) methods using HPLC columns.
