NTA-FITC是荧光团异硫氰酸荧光素与双羧甲基氨基螯合剂基团的共轭物。NTA-FITC含有由双羧甲基氨基烷基胺与荧光素的异硫氰酸酯结合而成的硫脲键。
NTA-FITC is a conjugate of the fluorophore Fluorescein isothiocyanate (sc-215042) with a biscarboxymethylamino chelator group. NTA-FITC contains a thiourea linkage resulting from the combination of the biscarboxymethylamino alkyl amine with the isothiocyanate of Fluorescein.
